Columbia Retail Group was formed in 1998 to provide national and regional retailers with a platform for in-depth experience and aggressive execution in Washington’s retail leasing and sales market.  We specialize in shopping center acquisition, development services and retail leasing.  Our landlord, tenant and developer representation expertise encompasses site acquisition, lease negotiation and entitlement services throughout Washington. Our combined experience has successfully delivered quality store locations to clients including Albertson’s, Auto Zone, Bank of America, Big 5, CSK Automotive, Dutch Bros., Petco and Walgreens.
